Filters
Coalescing and particulate filters are designed to remove particulate and aerosol contaminants from compressed air and gas systems. With Aircel and Van Air, PBE can offer the most extensive line of compressed air products in the industry. Filters are available with 1/4″ to 3″ NPT connection sizes and flow capacities from 15 to 1250 SCFM at 100 PSIG. Numerous filtration grades are available.
Aircel filter offers the widest range of consistent, efficient, and cost effective filters and housings that offer lower pressure drops, longer filter life, and quick change-outs. Their filter offering includes coalescing, particulate, mist eliminating, carbon adsorption, and high temperature filters.
Van Air’s F200 housings are made of cast aluminum and corrosion resistant coatings. Each housing comes with a simple push on element and pop-up differential pressure indicator. F101 and F102 filters are heavy duty fabricated steel vessels designed and constructed per the ASME code. Models are available for 500 to 20,000 SCFM at 100 PSIG with a wide range of threaded and flanged connections. Van Air also manufacturers their AHP and FHP series filters for high pressure air and gas lines.
